Like lately I’ve had this weird obsession with Facial Muscles(must be the artist inside me). And I was researching all about it one day and found some articles on these techniques called “facercise” where you are LITERALLY exercising your face. I then looked into this facercise thing and you would not believe some of the results people have gotten in just 7 days.
but note; this will not help wrinkles on your hands…only your face. Seriously though you should check it out. I plan to do more research into it and have even bought the book to study and learn more.
Go to BarnesandNoble.com if you want to look at reviews from the book and what not. Facial creams are like….what? 12 dollars or so? This thing you can get for like 6 bucks.
