I havent had a drink in almost 3 years, but after reconstructive surgery i have nothing to do but wait around and hope everything heals well. Just want to know if it’s okay to get alittle drunk off some wine to relax?

My friend has bought reseveratrol from www.pureandhealthy.com, and now he is trying to persuade me to try it … he is definitely losing weight, but I have never heard of resveratrol! My friend is taking it as 98% purity and says that the above shop is the only place he could find that really guarantees the purity, and he said that was important. Why is it important?

Resveratrol has been shown to help with heart disease. It has not been shown to have any influence on weight loss.
