Question by ELIZABETH: Are collagen pills & vitamins taken just twice a week still effective?
I recently bought three bottles of vitamin supplements, Collagen + C, Vitamin E, & Omega 3 fish oil. To save money I have decided to take only one of each bottle every day, I eat healthily already so I don’t want to overdose on vitamins either, will the vitamins & most importantly the collagen still have an effect on my body if I don’t take a pill every day?

Answer by athleticheart They get effective everyday and if you skip it the effect is low but if you miss for 1 or 2 it won’ t make a difference…
