Question by jay m: What personal tips and tricks do you use to treat rosacea?
Lately, mine began to start breaking out on the face, never itches, just comes and goes in spots. I have used a a low dose of prednisone to help along with over the counter cream called Prosacea which surpsingly seems to be doing fairly well since I began it 4 days ago.

Prednisone and other cortisones and steroids can worsen acne and rosacea. Avoid them if you can. Avoid triggers like spicy foods, hot liquids, alcohol, irritating cleansers and sun exposure. Over the counter treatment or Rx treatment can manage the pimples of rosacea quite well. l
