Follow me on my journey to “cure” eczema. STOP taking hot showers and START taking WARM baths! 1. I use lukewarm baths with either 1 cup of AHAVA sea salt or Bragg’s apple cider vinegar. 2. Dove sensitive skin body wash with loofa 3. Pat dry with a towel 4. Put triamcinolone acetonide ointment onto flare ups 5. Put Eucerin original moisturizing cream onto body 6. Wear long shirts and long pants to bed! 7. I hope your skin feels better!
