Question by ELIZABETH: Are collagen pills & vitamins taken just twice a week still effective?
I recently bought three bottles of vitamin supplements, Collagen + C, Vitamin E, & Omega 3 fish oil. To save money I have decided to take only one of each bottle every day, I eat healthily already so I don’t want to overdose on vitamins either, will the vitamins & most importantly the collagen still have an effect on my body if I don’t take a pill every day?

Resveratrol is an antioxidant and can be helpful for many ailments, but it unlikely you will notice a difference from taking it because it works on a cellular level, its not a medication that affects specific symptoms as far as I know. Most likely it would inhibit disease in the brain and heart, and reduce the affects of aging, but you don’t wake up one day and have a new heart, brain, or look 20 years younger of course!
