how do they compare in lifestyle, pay, and job satisfaction?

the best lifestyle and pay is going to plastics hands down

the worst lifestyle is trauma

IMO, transplant is most interesting, then cardiac(however the number of heart cases in the operating room is decreasing because the cardiologists can do very nifty, lifesaving procedures like stents that dont require going to surgery)

* Reconstructive surgery corrects or masks birth defects and the destructive effects of trauma, surgery or disease.
* Cosmetic (or aesthetic) surgery changes features the patient finds unflattering.

Do you think people should get plastic surgery? In my opinion, reconstructive surgery is fine. However, I think cosmetic surgery is wrong because people should the way they were born and should feel fortunate to be born without any weird medical conditions/defects.This is my opinion. What do you think?

I know a girl and she had this hawk nose, like a roman nose going on. and it was soooo cute. I loved her face. one day it was gone. I was like wow. she was still cute but no where the same. I cried.
