Question by : quick fix to a cold sore or some type of lip sore.?
One of my worse bad habits is picking at my lips, and i guess I got a little carried away cause now I have a small white swollen sore on my bottom lip and it’s pretty painful. What are some quick home remedies that can clear this up, or at least reduce swelling and or pain?
keep in mind i want a home remedy..not something I have to go out and buy.

the only thing I can think of is putting carmex on it
