I am an international student that will be studying in Melbourne Australia. Once there, I would like to find a dermatologist who I can see regularly. I have no idea what the health care system is like in Melbourne and whether anything is free. Can someone please tell me how I can find a dermatologist? Do I need to be referred first by a general practitioner? Will I have to pay to see the dermatologist? Will I have to pay for medicine?
