I found coal tar shampoos to be extremely helpful, and you may have to switch regular shampoos ’til you get one that doesn’t trigger it.

Everytime I get a fever, a few days later I get a sore on my lip. I know a lot of people get fever sores but mine are just really bad and I work in a face to face customer service business. It’s gross! If you ever get this and have a good way of getting rid of it quickly, PLEASE let me know! Thanks!

Lysine. It’s a vitamin that takes care of your lips. As soon as you start to feel one coming on pop like 4 of them, and then take 1 or 2 every hour after that. It makes mine go away by the next day. You can get it at any drugstore for about $ 5. Also, blistex is good for in the meantime, making you comfortable.
