Professional Interview Makeup feat. Eve Pearl Cosmetics; What is a really good skin cleanser and a moisturizer for combination/sensitive skin?

Hi Bellas, I made this video per request of one of my sorority sisters. They were having a workshop on how to wear makeup for a professional interview. I wasn’t able to host a workshop that day, so instead I did a video for them! My video was geared towards many of my sorority sisters still in college who may not know the basics and probably don’t watch my videos, lol. As a result, the video is a little long so you can check out the video highlights to jump around if you want! Today I featured Eve Pearl Cosmetics because her line has great neutral colors that enhance natural beauty and are super easy to use. I wasn’t asked to make this video for her, I just think her products would be great to use for this type of look. 1:15 Skin care tips 2:05 Moisturize your skin 3:13 Apply foundation primer 4:22 Moisturize lips 4:55 Use concealer so you don’t need to use as much foundation 5:14 Cover undereye circles with salmon colored concealer 6:42 Spot Conceal Blemishes 7:40 Apply foundation – I show you how to make your own tinted moisturizer 9:05 Set your foundation with powder 10:19 Fill in brows with eyeshadow 11:18 Brush brows with clear mascara 11:45 Apply eyeshadow primer 12:42 Apply shimmery light eyeshadow to browbone and tear duct 13:10 Apply lid color – I applied a shimmery medium toned brown 13:45 Apply a darker brown color to the crease 14:36 Apply darkest color to the outer corner 14:48 Take clean brush and blend together all the colors, reapply colors and blend again

Question by rose&ivory: What is a really good skin cleanser and a moisturizer for combination/sensitive skin?
I really need a new face cleanser and moisturizer to help give me a clear, fresh faced, toned skin look. I have combination/sensitive skin, and also I need something that isn’t too expensive. If i could go out and buy Elizabeth Arden I would but i cant!
What are some cheaper face products that will really help my skin? I don’t have bad acne or really dry skin, but it just looks kind of uneven, dull, blotchy, and my pores are big.

I always used a normal acne cleanser but that wasn’t doing anything to treat the acne. I just went to the dermatologist last week and I got two gels to apply to my face, one just before bed and one in the morning. I can tell everything is going to clear up already.

The thing is, these are antibiotic gels and you would need to go to a dermatologist to get them, too. If you have insurance, these gels can run REALLY cheap, about as much as you would spend on the cleansers, so I would say make an appointment.

My doctor also said it may not be from just foods, all different people have different “allergies” to different foods. However, it’s a good idea to stray from greasy/fatty foods and replace them with fruits and vegetables, plus it’ll help your overall health!

Most of the time this mild/moderate acne is hormonal though, which you can’t do anything about. So, incase you decide to see a doctor, the main gel was called Aczone, it’s brand new and was just approved by the FDA back in November.

Good luck :)
