I don’t live in NY so I can’t help you, BUT if you get help, see if they have Neem Toothpaste!
It’s great, only one I use :)
And the Song of India products, The Shampoo/conditioners are really nice for hair and scalp, especially if you are of the sensitive type :)

I want to wear tinted moisturizer so i can even out my skin tone, but i dont want to cover up my freckles. Any suggestions?

Get a light shade that will counteract any redness but be too light to cover up freckles. And apply it lightly, don’t cake it on.
