Moisture overload Natural hair; Does anyone drink aloe vera juice or no someone who does, what benefits have you gotten from drinking it?

Aphogee 2 minute reconstructor on hair that is experiencing Moisture Overload. ( Gummy/Mushy/limp when wet and hot oil treatments become impossible b/c it’s harder to rinse the oil out). I bought the 16oz and used about 10-11 oz of it. I left it on my hair for about 15 minutes uncovered w/o heat. Then rinsed w/ cool water and let my hair air dry for about 30 mins before using Afroveda’s Totally twisted ginger almond buttter as my styler to hold my large twists yet keep them moisturized for 2-3 days. After 3 days, I took down my twists and re-moisturized w/ Qhemet Biologics Cocoa tree detangling and re-twisted my hair in large twists (12-13) and pinned them down as if they were twigs in a woven basket w/ large sturdy bobby pins and slept with a silk scarf on each night. (This is “milder” than the green tea spray by aphogee and I strongly suggest trying less aggressive proteins before diving for harshers ones such as keratin and vegetable. Silk and animal /collagen proteins are softeners whiles keratin and vegetable are strengtheners also aloe vera and coconut can “act” as protein on some hair types so you may want to try using either or instead of using both during the same time frame b/c you may think your hair hates coconut oil or aloe vera and end up writing off a good (milder/natural) alternative to “hydrolyzed” (chemical) proteins. Question by Shawna: Does anyone drink aloe vera juice or no someone who does, what benefits have you gotten from drinking it?
I remember years back my mom use to drink aloe vera juice. I was thinking about drinking it jus as a supplement to stay healthy and build up my immune system. Of course, I am not sure if aloe vera juice is used for this purpose. I just wanted to know if anyone drinks it and what for, what benefits do you get from it.

The only use I know of for Aloe Vera Juice is that it is a very natural laxative. Many people use it in small amounts to stay regular.

Shea Moisture Curling Soufflé Review | The Creative Lady; where can I buy pure aloe vera juice here in Dallas Texas?

This is my application and demonstration video of Shea Moisture’s Curling Soufflé. I purchased the product from Target. The Ingredients: Aqueous Infusion of Agave Teqilana Leaf Extract and Sugar Cane Extract, Pectin, Vegetable Glycerin, Adansonia Digitata Pulp (Baobab) Extract, Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, Vitamin B-5, Aloe Extract, Vitamin E, Linseed/Flax Seed Extract, Hibiscus Extract, Potassium Sorbate, Essential Oil Blend I wanted to be fair and have clean, freshly shampooed hair before giving the full review. I even used Shea Moisture’s Moisture Retention Shampoo and the Deep Treatment Masque. I had to reach into my Product Junkie (PJ) stash for the Aussie 3 Minute Miracle for more slip during the detangle. I put my natural hair into 2 pony tails while my hair slightly air dried. I applied Shea Moisture’s Curling Soufflé to damp hair. Since I’d seen some reviews regarding the oily/stickiness of the product, I conducted an informal experiment of trying to combat that issue by mixing the Shea Moisture Curling Soufflé with Fruit of the Earth Aloe Vera gel. The 4.5 pH of the product allowed my ends to coil. I purchased the pH strips from YouTuber kimmaytube at LuvNaturals www.luvnaturals.com My hair took a very long time to air dry. Even after 6 hours, my hair was still damp. I had to use the diffuser and use the tension method. The tension method is applying heat to stretch the hair while avoiding the ends. My hair felt less tacky than expected but tacky nonetheless. There

Have you tried your local Garden center? Get the plant and make your own, or always have it when you need it.
