Question by : Can cosmetic procedures such us plastic surgery can be counted towards medical bills for tax return?
For example, laser hair removal, face laser procedure remove pigments….etc… can any plastic surgery be used towards $ 5,000 or more on tax return? Please let me know. Thinking of doing some but not sure if it’s tax deductible. Thanks for your answers.

Answer by Ryan M Not unless there is a MEDICAL reason for doing it. Otherwise it would fall under the EXACT same category as having make-up tattooed on you. I think we can both agree that the tattoo would never be classified as medical.

Answer by Kris Try and see if Garnier Fructis has one. I use the antioxidant face wash and it’s great. I believe they have a moisturizure for it as well. It also smells great.
