I recently noticed that my guinea pig has dry skin in her ears. She doesn’t really seem to be itching her ears all that much. Could it be mites or is it just dry skin? Thanks in advance!

Are you sure it’s dry skin? They could just be dirty-depending on what material is in the cage (woodchips, ect) the dust can collect in the ears & stick to them. They also get a little waxy. We used to clean our guinea pigs ears with warm water on a wet q-tip, just don’t go into the ear canal, otherwise they should let you do this.
