When you get plastic surgery to remove a scar. What are procedures? What do they do? (Description of my scar): small dent in nose with darker skin. Do they shave around it or do they add something to it?

try nose magic instead of nose job.. its very cheap (18 dollars) and it works! One of the best product I purchased this month. Its only available online at nosemagic.com
I really dont recommend surgery as its risky and the nose looks unnatural. Not to mention many people died because of anesthesia hypersensitivity.
