I’m trying to get my weight from 134 to 110 – 115. I’m 18 years old and 5’3″ and I have a medium bone-frame. My measurements are 38C-28-40.
My parents say I’m obese, but that’s not my biggest concern……
I also wanna get rid of cellulite….I wanna wear shorts but my right thigh looks pretty bad. The left one is fine though….
Everyday for exercise I do 50 – 75 minutes of intense cardio. Most days it’s DDR (an dancing game and I always play on the hardest level at a fast speed – it is very intense and I have seen great results from it) but I do mix it up. Sometimes I’ll do jump rope, running-in-place, jumping squats and mountain climbers. I also 100 squats, push ups, 30 lunges, 30 leg lifts, 15 minutes worth of cellulite removal exercises and planks.
****How many calories should I eat to lose weight?? I normally eat 1200 and it’s going VERY slow.
I eat lots of eggs, whole grains, lean protein (nuts and chicken breasts), fruits and vegetables. I drink 8 glasses of water a day and some green tea. No soda and only a little bit of milk with my cereal. I’m gonna try to eat 5 meals a day, too.

Dude, 134 and 5’3″ isn’t obese. Tell your parents to eat manure.
