Answer by No_Sweetheart A little bit of sun is actually good for seborrheic dermatitis. I would suggest that if you are going to be in the sun for a while to use sunscreen though.

Some products contain ingredients that evidentially cause skin irritation, damage, or even cancer, one example is hydroquinone.
I heard that papaya, cucumbers, lemons, and aloe are natural ingredients that make skin lighter.
I want your input though, from experience.

Unless you use just regular lemon juice, you won’t find soap with all natural ingredients.
