Everyone struggles with acne at some point. I happened to have over 10 years where I struggled with severe acne. Keep in mind, acne is nothing to be ashamed of. It’s totally normal and you need to remember that you still look amazing regardless and acne shouldn’t stop you from living your lives to the fullest! These products are not the CURE for acne. However, if you combine these products with a healthy diet, lots of water and follow some of these tips while using these products, you WILL notice a major improvement! *Loreal 360 Go Deep for Sensitive skin (the blue scrubber) *Loreal 360 Go Deep Exfoliating scrub (the orange one) *Pure Tea Tree Oil OTHER TIPS NOT IN THE VIDEO: – make sure your phone is clean when it’s touching your face -wash your hair enough to where bacteria from your hair isn’t touching your face thru the day and when you sleep. -make sure your pillow case is clean -never touch your face unless your hands are clean- they deposit oil & bacteria from under your nails -don’t OVER cleanse- only once in the morning and once before bed -make sure you’re moisturizing your face. A gel based lotion is best for acne. -always shower after you work out & work out several times a week -you might be allergic to certain foods. If I eat too much dairy I get more acne.
