Products that I’ve used that have saved my very dry skin. I stay away from oil free moisturizers or heavy, oily creams. I don’t know why I was saying “great” a lot I guess I really like the stuff

Question by Meloncholy Hill: What is a really good hydrating and exfoliating facial treatment for dry skin?
My skin has gotten really dry from the cold weather and is peeling and very uncomfortable. I need a facial treatment to hydrate and exfoliate the skin on my face I’ve tried putting makeup on it but it just makes it look worse. I’d prefer a homemadede treatment. I’ve been using Clinique’s three step face treatment for dry skin types but it hasn’t really helped. Also, is there any makeup recommendations for dry skin like mine?

I would try a sea salt scrub. Have a look here. You will find dozens of recipes for homemade skin care products. You will find several that could help you with this. One thing you could try is a simple dermabrasion. Mix a little sugar with some olive oil and rub it into your skin. It should help.
