Hey yall! I really suddenly got very dry/chapped lips from being out and about so much i tried ALOT of Balms and Glosses to try help cure my problem. None of them satisfied me enough so i searched on you tube the most popular lip balms and found that Carmex was one. So i went out and bought Carmex lip balm in hope it would help cure my problem. I have medically controlled herpes (meaning no active flare ups). I had a 3sum with my pharmacist this weekend and now I have a sore on the outer edge of my lip.
Are there different strains of herpes like ones that are Valtrex resistant?
Please help on this. I can’t have a cold sore for this weekend when we meet up with this married guy from this board. Thank you for your knowledgeable answers.
