Question by rjksmooth: Is there anything else out there that can help with my psoriasis?
I’ve been going to the doctor for a couple of years and so far nothing has really helped my psoriasis. It started off on my elbows and now its gone but there are area’s on both legs where its scaly and itchy. I’ve tried Tazorac, soriatane, methyltrexate, Dovonex, coal tar, taclonex and tea tree soap.

Well, psoriasis can actually be caused by any number of things. The problem has been linked to poor diet, as well as psychological traumas.

Basically, you need a nutritionist or psychologist. If you don’t believe in all that stuff, then your only recourse is to get some sun, go swimming in a pool, and keep yourself moisturized. Good luck.

Superoxide Dismutase – Life Extension Videos; Anyone know anything about antioxidant rich vitamins? Acai, Green Tea, Pomegranate, etc?

For years, scientists have sought a way to boost one of the body’s most powerful natural antioxidant enzymes: superoxide dismutase (SOD). Present both inside and outside cell membranes, SOD is one of the body’s primary internal anti-oxidant defenses, and plays a critical role in reducing the oxidative stress implicated in atherosclerosis and other life-threatening diseases. Studies have shown that SOD can play a critical role in reducing internal inflammation and lessening pain associated with conditions such as arthritis.

Question by *autumn*rustle*: Anyone know anything about antioxidant rich vitamins? Acai, Green Tea, Pomegranate, etc?
I’ve recently discovered that I have precancerous cells in my body, and I am making it a point to improve my overall health. I’ve been looking into antioxidant rich diets. Does anyone have any information on Acai, Green Tea, or Pomegranate vitamins? (Which is better, Is it ok to take all or a combination? How much to take?) Any information will be appreciated.
