Question by Louise: How much mucilage or gel is present in an aloe vera leaf?
i am making a PGR spray. i need to know how much my raw materials should be in there. how much mucilage or gel is present in an aloe vera leaf? how much water should i put together with the gel to make PGR spray?

You should yield 43 to 45 % w/w gel ( filet ) from aloe vera leaves ( 100% )

Aloe vera gel concentration in spray-products usual in trade is 80-83%.

Unfortunately I don’t know what PGR spray means; ìt is not to find in my biology dictionary.
